1xwin Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all products, services, and features made available through the 1xwin platform at https://1xwin.site ("the Platform"). References to "1xwin", "we", "us", or "our" mean the operator of the Platform. References to "you", "player", or "user" mean any registered account holder or visitor to the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the 1xwin Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players using the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where use is permitted. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to your use of 1xwin.

To register and use a 1xwin account you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1xwin operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify age during the standard KYC process.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another individual or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1xwin or any of its associated game suppliers.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether requested by you through 1xwin or through any external responsible gaming scheme.

1xwin reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed, with pending withdrawals subject to review.

You may hold only one registered account on the 1xwin Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 1xwin will communicate with you through the contact details on your account, so an incorrect email address or phone number may result in you missing important notifications.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 1xwin will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern to our support team prior to that activity occurring.

You must take all reasonable steps to keep your 1xwin account secure. This includes using a strong, unique password that is not shared with other services, enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform, and logging out of the Platform when accessing it on a shared or public device.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 1xwin support immediately via live chat. We will suspend the account pending investigation. 1xwin cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or shared their credentials with a third party.

1xwin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by 1xwin at any stage.

Deposits that fail to reflect within the expected timeframe should be reported to 1xwin support with the transaction ID and confirmation screenshot. 1xwin does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are their own and are outside 1xwin's control.

1xwin reserves the right to reject or refund a deposit where required by applicable fraud prevention or anti-money laundering procedures. Funds deposited into a 1xwin account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit on that method — this is 1xwin's same-source withdrawal policy, applied as a standard fraud prevention measure.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements described in Section 11. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending completion of verification.

• Any active bonus funds must be cleared (wagering requirements met or bonus forfeited) before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes bonus-related winnings.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer.
• Standard daily withdrawal limits are Rs 200,000 for mobile wallet methods. VIP tier holders receive elevated limits as described in the VIP Club terms.
• Withdrawals submitted before 4:00 PM PKT on business days are generally processed the same day. Requests submitted after this time may be processed the following business day, though mobile wallet withdrawals often proceed faster.
• 1xwin does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are theirs alone.

1xwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal of any amount that triggers a routine security or anti-money laundering review. This is a standard precaution and is not an indication of any accusation or wrongdoing on the player's part.

1xwin offers a range of bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are offered to account holders who have completed basic registration. Only one account per person is eligible for any bonus offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always stated clearly on the offer page.
• Wagering contributions differ by game type. Live dealer games and sports bets typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots — the specific contribution table is published with each bonus offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Weekly cashback credited through the 1xwin VIP Club is real-money balance with no wagering requirement. It can be withdrawn immediately after credit on Monday morning.
• 1xwin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or require forfeiture of a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, such as matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.

The 1xwin sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other international sports. Pre-match and live in-play betting is available on eligible events. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bets are not accepted from players under 18 years of age.
• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet slip is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 1xwin reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market or event at its discretion.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or decided under circumstances that materially alter the betting context, 1xwin will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific market rules published for that event type.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their bet has been confirmed before relying on it.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds figure is published significantly outside what would be considered a genuine market price — will be corrected and affected bets voided or re-settled at the correct odds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1xwin Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or table game formats.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through systematic matched betting, arbitrage, or similar strategies that are inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through payment methods that are not in your own name.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform in a way that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or personal information of other players.

1xwin actively monitors account activity and betting patterns. Detection of the above behaviours may trigger a security review, during which withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

1xwin is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a certain threshold, or at any other time deemed necessary by the 1xwin compliance team.

• Proof of identity: National ID Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Pakistan.
• Proof of payment method: For card payments, a photo of the card (showing only the last four digits) may be requested. For mobile wallet methods, a screenshot of the wallet account details may be required.

Documents should be clear, unaltered photographs or scans. 1xwin will process verification documents within one to two business hours during normal operating periods. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

1xwin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases take 24 hours to come into force as a cooling-off measure.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over any rolling period.

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or major network outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xwin's total liability to any player in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1xwin may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account through the account settings or by contacting support.
